A good leader cares about other people and respect others to get respect in return.<br />5. A good leader is sporting and willing to accept comments from other people.<br />6. A good leader is a good listener.<br />7. A good leader has the potential to make decisions.<br />8. A good leader is always cheerful and happy; and smiles always.<br />9. A good leader is not rude and do not look down on other people.<br />10.
